Early reporting of concerns related to modern slavery within our business or the supply chains of any supplier tier is strongly encouraged. If you believe or suspect a breach has occurred, report it without delay to your line manager, company Director, or by our Whistleblowing Policy.

In instances where appropriate, prioritizing the welfare and safety of local workers, we will provide support and guidance to our suppliers to address coercive, abusive, and exploitative work practices within their business and supply chains.

If uncertain about whether a specific act or the treatment of workers in any tier of our supply chains constitutes modern slavery, discuss it with your line manager or company Director.

Our commitment to fostering openness means we support individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if such concerns prove unfounded. We are dedicated to ensuring no one faces detrimental treatment for reporting suspicions of modern slavery within our business or supply chains.

Detrimental treatment encompasses dismissal, disciplinary action, threats, or any unfavorable treatment linked to raising a concern. If unresolved and you are an employee, formally raise the matter using our Grievance Procedure outlined in the current employee handbook.

Ongoing updates will be disseminated through established communication channels between the business and you.

Breaches of this policy

Employees found violating this policy may be subject to disciplinary measures, potentially leading to dismissal for either misconduct or gross misconduct.

Should other individuals or organizations working on our behalf contravene this policy, we reserve the right to terminate our relationship with them.
